This policy describes refund and withdrawal rights for purchases made via Paddle. Hot-World GmbH & Co. KG is not the seller and does not make refund decisions.
Our software licenses are sold via our authorised reseller Paddle.com. Paddle’s refund and withdrawal policies apply. The purchase contract is concluded exclusively between the customer and Paddle. Repetier-Server does not act as the seller.
Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record and is responsible for:

Invoicing and VAT

Consumer rights, including withdrawal and refunds
Right of withdrawal for digital products
Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal.
For digital content, this right expires once the execution of the contract has begun — in particular when a license key is activated — provided that the customer has given explicit consent during the checkout process.
The applicable terms regarding withdrawal and refunds are exclusively governed by Paddle’s contractual conditions.
